Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GC Aesthetics and GC Aesthetics Academy (referred to as “we” or “us”), we understand that plans can change. We do our best to be flexible while also protecting the time and coordination it takes to organize live models and prepare for your training experience.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling: Life happens if you need to change your course date, we allow one rescheduling as long as you give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Refund Requests:
    More than 30 days before the course: You’ll receive a full refund.
    More than 7 days before the course: You’ll receive a 50% refund.
    Less than 7 days before the course: Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund, but you may reschedule if more than 48 hours’ notice is given.

Administration Fee

To cover the administrative costs of late cancellations, a 10% fee will be charged. This fee must be settled when rebooking a new date.

A Few Things to Remember

  • Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method.

  • If you miss your course without letting us know in advance, your registration will be forfeited.

  • By registering for a course, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
